Looking after the marina through to 2058
The LTAMP is our ongoing programme to maintain and renew every marina asset, from piers and walkways to the breakwater and electrical services. It began as a staged plan in 2019 and keeps the marina safe and in good condition through to the end of the licence in 2058. It is funded through capital contributions, licence fees, and asset and maintenance fees.
Stage one: 2019 to 2034
The LTAMP runs through to the end of the licence in 2058, in three stages: stage one from 2019 to 2034, stage two from 2034 to 2049, and stage three from 2049 to 2058. The projects below make up stage one. Each shows what’s complete, what’s in progress and what’s coming up.
